Local deliveries are made from 5pm - 9pm daily. I will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Jac is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, I will send you an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@studiojac.eu with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to apply for a refund please read my Returns & Refunds policy and process here.
I will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and the refund will be for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@studiojac.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but I will always work towards delivering a satisfactory solution.
